We want you to be happy with Citizenship Coach Premium. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Select the order and request a refund. Paddle will process the refund to your original payment method.
  3. You can also reply to your Paddle receipt email to contact Paddle support directly.

Once Paddle approves the refund, your Premium access is revoked automatically. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

After 30 days

Requests submitted after 30 days are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be declined where the service has been used in good faith.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact Paddle first — we can almost always resolve refund requests faster than a chargeback.
