1. Who we are

Citizenship Coach ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Farid Poya. By using this website or our app you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. The service

Citizenship Coach is an educational tool for preparing for the Australian Citizenship Test. It provides study notes, practice questions, mock tests and bilingual (English / Dari–Farsi) voice playback. We do not provide legal or migration advice and we are not affiliated with the Department of Home Affairs.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the service.

Premium unlocks additional features for a one-time payment of A$9.99 and provides lifetime access for the user account that purchased it.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

6. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the service and its content (software, study materials, branding, documentation). You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal study while your account is active.

7. Service availability

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the service ends.

9. Warranties & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of profit, data, goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
